You are responsible for checking the latest Terms and keeping a copy of them. 1-5 Indo Sooq may provide translations of these Terms into other languages. Any translation is solely for your convenience, and the English language version shall prevail and govern the terms of the relationship between you and Indo Sooq regardless of any translation available. In the event of any conflict between the English language version and any translation, the English language version shall prevail.

2-1: The legal responsibilities and obligations of Indo Sooq are excluded or limited, and you will face the risks, responsibilities, and consequences alone. Any rights you have against Indo Sooq are limited or excluded. The information provided in this section confirms this. There may be claims and rights for Indo Sooq and/or other individuals against you as a result of this information.

Although you may be able to make payments and other transactions through the platform using third-party vendors, Indo Sooq does not participate in any way in such transactions, including, for example, paying any sales or applicable taxes. As a result, and as further explained in these terms, you acknowledge and agree that Indo Sooq is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of these transactions, and, to the extent permitted by law, assumes no responsibility towards any party related to these transactions. Indo Sooq does not provide any warranties or guarantees and is not responsible for any product sold, purchased, or listed services or content promoting any type of investment opportunities, and is not responsible for any returns, refunds, or disputes that arise between platform users. You can use the services and platform at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law.

2-3 You acknowledge that Indo Sooq is not responsible for the listing operations, advertisements, user-generated content, directory information, company or business-provided information, and communications between users, including, but not limited to, emails, chats, or any other electronic communication means, whether through the platform or third-party platform (as defined below), or user offers, comments, user newsletters, files, pictures, personal pictures, videos, sounds, company or business-provided information, directory information, or any other material available through the platform and service (referred to as "Content"), and that you may encounter offensive, inappropriate, inaccurate, misleading, or unacceptable content while using the platform and service. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for it, and you must evaluate the use of any content and assume all risks associated with it. You are not entitled to rely on the mentioned content, and Indo Sooq is not responsible in any way for the content or any loss and/or damage of any kind that may occur as a result of browsing, searching, using, or reading any content included or sent by email or provided in any other way through the service. If you link to third-party platforms, you may be subject to the terms and conditions of these platforms and/or other policies. 2-4 You alone are responsible for the content that you post, send, or link through the service and for the consequences of publishing, sending, linking, or including it. Specifically, you are solely responsible for all content that you upload or send via email or make available through the service. Regarding content posted on or sent through the service or linked through the service, you confirm, acknowledge, agree, and warrant that:
2-4-1 You own, and will continue to own during the period that the content is available on the platform, all necessary licenses, rights, approvals, and permissions to use such content on the service and platform (including, but not limited to, all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights in and to such content) and that you authorize Indo Sooq to use this content in any form, including but not limited to, incorporating and using the content in the manner that the service and platform and these terms follow.

2-4-2 You represent and warrant that you have obtained written consent, release, and/or permission from each individual or business entity in the Content to use their name or likeness for the purpose of enabling inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Content; however, by submitting any Content to the Platform, you hereby grant Indo Sooq a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the business of Indo Sooq (and its successors and/or affiliates), including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform and the Content (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels known now or developed in the future. These rights are required by Indo Sooq in order to host and display your Content. Additionally, by uploading Content to any area of the Service, you agree to and hereby grant Indo Sooq all necessary rights to prohibit or allow any aggregation, display, copying, reproduction, adaptation, exploitation, or other use of the Content on the Service or through the Platform by any party for any purpose that violates these Terms. These rights are perpetual and cannot be revoked, and they can be exercised throughout the world. To the extent permitted by law, Indo Sooq expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user-generated content, whether in whole or in part. Indo Sooq does not allow activities that violate copyright or infringe upon intellectual property rights on the platform, and Indo Sooq reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any infringing content. Indo Sooq also reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice and to terminate a user's access to the platform. Additionally, Indo Sooq reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any content is appropriate and compliant with these terms and conditions. 2-5: The following practices are prohibited on Indo Sooq: creating multiple accounts, selling any accounts, creating accounts with false or misleading information, posting duplicate content, deleting and reposting the same content, posting content with misleading titles, content, or images, posting content with inappropriate images, posting content in incorrect categories, posting content with unrealistic prices, posting content with redirect links to other websites, uploading images that contain names, phone numbers, or any other words, posting phone numbers in ad titles, posting content with prepayment or bank transfer payment options, posting public content, posting multiple items in one ad, using personal photos for account and store images.

2-5 Any advertisement, post, message, or comment containing any of the prohibited contents below, whether public or private, will be deleted once Indo Sooq is notified of it. Indo Sooq reserves the right to permanently delete a user's account, blacklist the account, report the content and user information to the appropriate legal authorities or regulatory body: alcoholic beverages, illegal tobacco products, drugs, illegal psychoactive substances, performance-enhancing drugs, illegal medications, painkillers, or therapeutic drugs. You must not provide a direct or indirect link to them, or include descriptions of prohibited materials, goods, or services under any applicable law (local approval and business licenses for dietary supplements, weight loss products, and cosmetics must be provided first). Any living or deceased person, or any part or organ of any person, whether artificial or natural, including blood, body fluids, and/or body parts, that has been preserved or maintained by any means. Prostitution or any other service that aims to violate any law or regulation relating to the representation or portrayal of women or children and contemporary standards of morality and modesty in the Arab community. Materials intended for use in a sexual context (including "bondage" and "fetish" materials that depict sexual activity or realistically portray human genitalia). "Antiques" and "artifacts" are not permitted to be sold or traded under any applicable law. Information or materials that are defamatory, threatening, or abusive. Deceptive information about the nature and use of goods or services. Counterfeit, pirated, illegal, and/or stolen goods or services that are not authorized (unlicensed or unauthorized services or services that you are not authorized to perform). Materials, goods, and services that violate or attempt to conceal the intellectual property of any third party or the rights of advertising or privacy rights. Your information must not include any content that incites hatred of a nature that detracts from the dignity of others or falsely accuses them, perhaps directed at any individual or group or inciting violence against any individuals and/or animals. Chemicals and hazardous pesticides. Fireworks, destructive devices, and explosives, including any materials capable of making fireworks, explosive devices, and detonators. Personal identification documents, personal financial records, and personal information (in any form, including email lists). Lottery tickets, lottery entries, and gambling machines. Army or police badges, official attire, insignia, and/or any government emblems, badges, and/or related materials for the army or police that cannot be sold or traded under any applicable law. Weapons and related materials (such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, tear gas, stun guns, or folding knives). "Pyramid schemes" and "multi-level marketing" and/or similar fraudulent operations that only exist to defraud users. Spam, abusive, repetitive, insertion, and scam schemes (such as "get rich quick schemes," "work from home" schemes, listed only to deceive users). Endangered animals or animals declared for fighting or aggressive purposes. Loans, financing services, and unlicensed financing companies. Maid listings or relinquishing the maid unless they are licensed local offices or companies. Listings or ads that include a residency transfer process. Unmanned aerial vehicles and their accessories unless they are legal in the country listed by official authorities.

2-7 Indo Sooq offers a variety of value-added services where users can pay non-refundable fees to publish their advertisements on selected platforms, thereby increasing the chances of the advertisements being viewed. To purchase a paid advertisement service, you may be required to provide certain information through a third-party service provider, which is a third-party platform that may be subject to its own terms of use and policies. Indo Sooq does not provide any commitments or warranties regarding the safety or security of the information sent to any third-party platform. You are solely responsible for your connection to any third-party platform and Indo Sooq disclaims all liabilities associated with it.
2-8 Indo Sooq also offers a variety of other paid services and products where users can pay non-refundable fees to publish a larger number of advertisements, stop advertisements, or any other type of service as specified at the time of purchase on the platform. To purchase any paid product or service, you may be required to provide certain information through a third-party service provider, a third-party platform that may be subject to its own terms of use and policies. Indo Sooq does not provide any commitments or guarantees regarding the safety or security of the information sent to any third-party platform, and your connection to any third-party platform is entirely at your own risk. Indo Sooq disclaims all liabilities associated with it.
